FAQ: Question(s)

Why do I need to answer a 'Captcha' question if I want to contact you?

FAQ: Answer(s)

Unfortunately, the world-wide web is plagued with malicious software that continually and automatically searches the internet for online forms, then attempts to use those form for unsolicited advertising, begging, denial of service attempts, 'hacking' and other anti-social purposes. The inclusion of a 'Captcha' field in 'contact us' forms has proven to be extremely an effective way of reducing the number of successful automated submissions, thereby ensuring that submissions from real human beings can be identified and actioned. Note that the reCaptcha challenge uses JavaScript so, if you wish to use the contact form, JavaScript must be installed on your device and enabled in your browser.
